FISHER MODEL 500
The new FISHER® Low Profile Model 500 tailgate spreader is designed for compact pick-ups or SUVs with a Class III trailer hitch. It spreads dry #1 rock salt, calcium chloride or other ice melting materials.

For either the 1000 or 2000 spreader choose an in-cab on/off switch or variable speed control.
Both spreaders are available with a "fixed" mount or the dual SWING AWAY design which allows you to swing the spreader out of the way without removing the tailgate. The Model 1000 is also available with a popular receiver hitch mount. Accessories include Top Screen Kit, Adjustable Deflector Kit, and Truck Protector Flap.
